Equation Recruitment is an ethical recruitment services provider and what that means for you is simple.  We guarantee not to misrepresent you or solicit any roles either permanent or interim that do not fit your needs and wants - round pegs only fit into round holes after all.

We have designed special recruitment methodology that will engage you fully throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.  Our processes are simple, our documentation is written in plain English, and our Consultants will act in your best interests at all times, whilst assisting you to find a permanent, temporary or contract position.  Equation acknowledges that you are one of the vital components of our organisation and will assist you wherever possible.

How do I work with Equation Recruitment?

At Equation we believe that relationships are best gained on a face to face basis.  In the first instance please call our office on 01869 323 444 and give us a basic outline of what your skills and experience are, backed with what you are currently looking to achieve.  We will book a convenient time for you to attend an enrolment interview in our offices.

It is a legal requirement that you provide us with proof of your eligibility to work in the UK. You will need to bring with you original documents so that we can verify your identity.  Company policy is to include one or more from the following list:

		Passport - This must be in date
		National Identity card – Only suitable if you are a citizen of the European Economic Area
		Full birth certificate - UK Nationals only (please also bring proof of address i.e. recent bank statement)

Because the rules of entry to the UK are in a constant state of flux we cannot list all forms of identity.  If you were not born in the UK please call us on 01869 323 444 to discuss what documentation is suitable.

You will meet with our Candidate Manager who will guide you through the enrolment forms, discuss your current situation and outline to you how we are able to assist.  Please leave up to an hour for your registration interview.  We will need to seek career references (current employers will not be contacted until we have successfully placed you) so please ensure that you have a least six years worth of referee addresses and contact details.

Our process is completely confidential and your details will not be passed to any of our recruitment partnered companies until we have first discussed the company/role with you.
