Our Recruitment Consultants only work on live vacancies and act as key points within the recruitment lifecycle of permanent and interim staff.  We have taken away the business development element of a Consultants daily workload to ensure that their focus is on resourcing the right candidates for the right role and not have to worry about the juxtaposition of sales development and targets in this area.  Our Consultants are focused 100% on client, candidate and vacancy fulfilment.  

Our Candidate Managers’ role is to competency interview and screen all generalist enquiries into Equation Recruitment.  They process all required administration onto our market leading recruitment databases and liaise closely with all associates seeking work via Equation.  This role within our business ensures that we maintain special candidate relationships and are better able to service our candidate customers, and achieve their expectations as well as yours.
