Job Title: Chef de Partie

Job description:

We require an experienced Chef de Partie who will enjoy the variety of tasks involved with working at our clients luxury Hotel. You will be working as part of a team but it is essential that you also have the ability to run a shift alone.

You will ideally have previous Hotel experience, with skills and confidence to work across all sections of the kitchen. This role offers the potential for personal development an the opportunity to work with fresh, local produce, cooking all types of foods from bar snacks to a la carte to large quantities for functions, therefore it is essential that you have experience and skills in all these areas. You will need to be qualified to at least NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
