Job description:
My client is seeking a Sous Chef to work in their 16th century hotel/restaurant facility; working under a Michelin trained Head Chef, to take charge of the day to day kitchen duties.
You will be a seasoned pro within the kitchen and at Sous Chef level for around 2-3 years and have experience with all kitchen areas including pastry. This is a small company that offers an excellent working environment and ability to prepare a range of fresh dishes to a varied customer base, from weddings, conferences and private guests.
If you have excellent experience of man management backed with exceptional cheffing skills then my client awaits you in their double rosette facility.
