Job description:
My client is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the team at their prestigious location based in north Oxfordshire. The business comprises two hotels providing over 350 bedrooms, state of the art meeting facilities, Health Club and spa as well as a championship golf course.
The ideal candidate must have
- previous 3, 4 or 5 star experience with exposure to AA rosette accredited restaurants
- at least 2 years experience at a senior Chef de Partie level or higher in a similar environment
- enthusiasm
- proven ability to cope under pressure
- Hours are 5-7 out of 7 on a rota basis to include breakfast, lunch and dinner. Uniform is provided and staff accommodation is a possibility.
