Job description:

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager to join their already established team based in Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for the management and direction of a young close knit lettings team and growing the management portfolio. You will be expected to deliver a high quality service to buy to let and owner occupier landlords, taking them from instruction through marketing, location and vetting of top quality tenants while maintaining the best standards of customer service.
Marketing, training, client advice will fall into your remit along with close liaison with the property management team. Winning business and maintaining our lead over the competition are key. This is a rare opportunity to play an integral part in the growth of our organisation.

The ideal candidate will:
Be Experienced in managing and achieving your Lettings targets
Be capable of increasing the size of the fully managed portfolio
Successful at valuing/listing properties within the residential lettings environment
Be the holder of a proven track record of success in letting negotiations and property transactions
Be able to build and retain customer relationships
Have good attention to detail
Preferably having ARLA or other similar relevant qualifications
Have a strong work ethic with the skills and experience to win business
Work well under pressure
Possess or can rapidly build a great local and regional knowledge of lettings in Oxfordshire
Experienced in residential lettings working with at least three years experience in lettings
Have a full clean UK driving licence and own transport
Be reliable, trustworthy and hardworking; able to demonstrate exceptional commitment to the company.
