- Due to expansion my client is seeking to recruit a Wiring Assembly Operative to join a small team within a larger engineering/manufacturing environment.
Located on the outskirts of Thame and easily accessed via public transport from certain locations if you do not drive/own a motorised vehicle.
You will ideally have previous experience of electrical/mechanical engineering/assembly and worked from schematics to install wiring into various control panels/control boxes. However, if you are an enthusiastic individual and can demonstrate a high level of being neat & tidy in your work (control box wiring interiors are very visual) with experience working within a mechanical or electrical based installation or service role then my client could look at a junior level/trainee role.
It is essential that you can demonstrate having a good aptitude for mechanical/electrical fit outs to be considered for the junior position.
You will be a reliable, enthusiastic team player working in a busy environment. Interpreting wiring schematics/diagrams and instructions to execute a high-quality wiring system into a variety of boxes.
Working 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am to 3pm.
