- Our client operates globally and is one of the largest providers of equipment used in the construction industry.
They have a new opportunity for a Workshop Supervisor to join their Buckingham site on a permanent, full time basis.
Responsibilities:
-Produce fast and effective maintenance and service
-Provide work-shop based service support
-Manage day to day operations of the repair facility
-Ensure labour and parts are allocated correctly
-Provide high knowledge of Hydraulics/Electrics/Pneumatics
-Maintaining health & safety standards
-Provide customer support and technical/operational training
-Responsibility for workshop technicians
-Provide customers with high quality after sales support
You will have an engineering or mechanical background and have experience in people supervision/management, mobile crane knowledge is beneficial. You must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages and have excellent communication skills. You will hold a Full UK Driving Licence plus HGV class 2 / Category C Licence, if you have a Crane Operators Licence this would be an advantage.
This position is based at their Buckingham workshop however, occasional European travel may be required for training. You will work a total of 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm).
