Our client, the leading provider of B2B vehicle rental,software, fleet and rental management services is looking to recruit a Projects and Implementation Manager. They are an innovative, growing, technology-led business that manages their clients' rental via IRIS, our rental management software, delivering service excellence through their system capabilities and expertise.

The successful candidate will lead and manage small projects and implementation team that focuses on supporting new customer onboarding and delivering tailored a IRIS solution to meet customer requirements. Working with a range of stakeholders the candidate will be responsible for a number of sub-functions within the team. This includes managing internal projects that focus on improving our business position, driving improvements, increasing automation and delivering service excellence.

On order to be successful in the role the successful candidate will be expected to and be able to;

-Arrange and lead face to face customer implementation meetings.

-Be able to actively suggest best practice implementation workflows.

-Identify and deliver customer re-implementations by suggesting better working solutions and sharing best practice.

-Positively address issues with current set up, identify improvements and positively communicate how this can directly impact the service levels.

-Show a wide understanding of all the customer modules within IRIS to support best practice suggestions.

-Show evidence of improving online usage, understand the impact of manual work internally and liaise with stakeholders regarding increased volume pre-go live.

-Take responsibility for the delivery of promises.

-Deal with escalated issues through excellent communication, expectation management and time management.

-Lead internal stakeholder meetings to outline customer requirements.

-Run IT development sprints that meet design specifications.

-Responsible for testing released developments and sign off.

-Deliver customer training.

-Produce training material/guides to support a new customer onboarding.

-Understand all features on the clients IRIS and possess the ability to configure IRIS to match the customers' requirements.

-Be able to create a business requirement document (BRD) for a customer's requirement.

-Manage high volume orders and provide a commercial solution that secures the business.

-Demonstrate a consistent ability to apply the correct margin levels.

-Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the supply network and the ability to select the right supplier in every instance.

-Demonstrate the ability to prioritise key opportunities.

-Demonstrate the ability to work with senior management and directors to provide a commercially sound offering.

-Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of the high-volume order process ensuring all quotes are dealt with within SLA.

-Demonstrate an ability to manage and review existing live hire profile.

-Be able to produce a detailed report relating to all tasks.

-Conduct customer review meetings.

-Obtain implementation sign off from the senior decision-maker before closing implementations.

In order to do this you will have the following knowledge, training and expertise;

-Minimum 3 years of project management experience

-Experience in leading projects

-Experience in managing teams

-Proven track records of consistently delivering results

-Customer/account management experience

-Experience in delivering software solutions & implementations

-Proven record of working with developers to deliver solutions

-Proven innovation & creative approach focused on driving improvements

-System development knowledge (preferable)

-Prince2 (desirable)
