Our very successful Buckingham based client is a leading marketing agency that work alongside a diverse range of professional businesses within the Health & Safety, Data & Technology, Facilities management, Energy & Environment and Training sectors.

Due to this growing and expanding business, I am now seeking to recruit Business Development/Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Executives to join a team working environment in a script free role to really engage with customers. Due to location you will need to drive/own a car.

The main purpose of the role is to make outbound business calls, establish the appropriate contact, and then speaking to the decision maker to identify and market a specific solution; ultimately to schedule appointments for third party companies to visit and close the sales opportunity.

As a growing business my client is always looking for people who would be inspired by the working environment and can make a real contribution. The company prides itself in ongoing blue-chip level training to ensure you are getting the greatest levels of success in establishing appropriate contacts and identifying a real opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.

Essential experience is required in one of the following: Telemarketing, Telesales, IT Telesales, Business Development, Internal Sales, Lead Generation, Field based sales (not just retail) roles previously.
