- Description
- My client based in Upper Heyford, near Bicester, seek a Production Test Technician to join them on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out software and hardware acceptance testing, following existing product test plans and documenting results. As such, previous experience with electronics and testing in particular, is essential.
*Carry out acceptance testing on new products and software, to ensure that they are operating to standard before release to market
*Follow pre-determined testing procedures for software applications
*Bench testing of products, including "in vehicle tests"
*Ensure that all results are accurately documented
*Report any issues that arise to the R&D department for further investigation
*Provide technical feedback to assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement
Working days and hours are, Monday to Friday, 9am- 5pm. You will receive a 30-minute lunch break each day.
27 days holiday plus bank holidays per annum.
