As an independent consultancy we provide industry-leading best practice through compliance, transparency, honesty and professionalism at all times; which is why we’re voluntarily audited by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) to a gold standard. This gives our clients assurance that we strive to deliver the right people, every time.

In addition, we hold a Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) Licence ensuring the safety and well-being of our candidates and employees, enabling us to work ethically across the following sectors:

• Any associated processing and packaging
