Equation Recruitment is an independent consultancy in Bicester, trusted by employers across Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire and Buckinghamshire since 2005. We recruit commercial, industrial, engineering, accountancy and finance, and retail professionals on a permanent, temporary and contract basis.

Our formula is simple. Client plus candidate plus consultant equals Equation: 3C = e. Every person is equal in our process, and that is how we deliver the right recruitment formula every time.

We work a 180 degree model rather than the standard 360 degree model used by most agencies. Consultants focus purely on finding exceptional people, while our relationship team manages every client partnership, so you get a specialist at both ends.

Most good talent is not looking. We source professionals who are not on the open job market through headhunting and networking, and because we are contingency recruiters our fees stay simple. No placement, no fee. Since 2005 we have maintained a 99.7% permanent placement success rate.

We also hold a Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) Licence, reference EQUA0007, enabling ethical labour supply across:
