- Due to expansion, my UK market leading client based in Bicester is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive. You will be joining a growing team selling a range of insurance-based products locally.
This is a well-established and highly respected business that is backed with national office support, offering a small-town personable service.
It is essential that you have a base level of sales experience, ideally gained from selling services/products to the business sector. However, a background in an environment selling to consumers would be transferrable such as lettings, estate agency or even Luxury retail etc.
Essentially you will have a professional and mature demeanour, backed with a motivated and friendly character.
You will be selling personal insurance products into the local area by proactively generating leads/opportunities and reacting to inbound queries. Additional to proactive/reactive sales you will be actively account managing annual reviews to ensure that your client base is retained.
This is a face to face, referral/recommendation and desk-based role. As such it is essential that you have a confident and persuasive character.
If you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combines with the ability to learn quickly, organise yourself efficiently, think imaginatively and work well under pressure at times then this is a great opportunity for you.
