- Description
- Due to further expansion our Bicester based client require a native Arabic speaker to join their Business Development/Outbound Marketing team on a Temporary, Temporary to Permanent or Permanent basis.
Job purpose:
To carry out direct marketing activities to companies in order to maintain and develop opportunities for clients in accordance with agreed business plans.
Key responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain contacts on client's database and progress them through the 'Contact Lifecycle' stages
*Plan and execute intelligence-gathering telephone calls to those contacts to promote awareness of our clients' solutions
*To gather contacts and acceptances for the attendance to events and other marketing campaigns
*Effective information gathering to ensure that records are kept up to date at all times
*Identify marketing collateral and product literature, to be sent to contacts
*Participate as required in planning meetings
*Respond to and follow up inbound sales enquiries
*Attend customer meetings and internal meetings whenever necessary to aid business development
*Attend training sessions and have the ability to develop the relevant knowledge, techniques and skills required
*Adhere to health and safety policy and other requirements relating to care of equipment
*Deal with 'gatekeepers' to develop relationships with Decision Makers
*Handle objections professionally
*To prioritise your workload, ensuring deadlines are met
*To provide feedback where relevant on call guides to the Campaign Delivery Manager in order to improve the effectiveness of calls
*Identify and qualify sales opportunities through the implementation of the call guides
Suitable candidates must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English with previous business to business experience in one of the following areas:
Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Service with Upselling, Appointment Setting, Telephone Marketing, Telephone Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation or Field Sales experience.

37 hours a week (8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:00am-3:30pm or 9:00am-4:30pm on Fridays).
