- Equation Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Part Time Payroll Administrator to join our Bicester based client for a 1 year maternity cover position.
The main responsibility of this role is to prepare the monthly payroll, to include processing of:
*Statutory deductions (SMP, SPP, SSP)
*Tax Code Amendments
*Salary Amendments
*Commission and Bonus Payments
*Overtime
*Personnel Detail Amendments
*New starters / Leavers
*Pension Amendments
*Employee Deductions
*Prepare and distribute all monthly payslips and commission statements.
*Complete monthly HMRC RTI, pension returns and PAYE payments.
*Prepare and post all monthly general ledger journals and complete analysis / summary data.
*Assist in the processing of HMRC quarterly and annual returns P46's, P60's and P11D's.
*Administration of al company employee benefits, life assurance, pension, childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme.
*Financial accounts month end general ledger reconciliations.
*Processing of Company Time and attendance holiday and lieu time forms and associated filing.
*Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
*Answer all employee payroll or benefit queries.
*Keep up to date with relevant legislation; including RTI, Auto-enrolment, minimum/living wage etc.
Candidates must possess a relevant accountancy or book keeping qualification (AAT, IAB or CIPP) and have at least 5 years experience within a payroll environment, managing payroll end to end.
