A luxury brand within Bicester Village is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to provide overall support to the sales team on the shop floor.
You will deliver the highest standards of customer service, be a passionate ambassador for the brand, maintain product knowledge, motivate the sales team to exceed performance standards, develop and guide staff and ensure smooth operations throughout store.
You will have experience working in Luxury Retail at a level where you can demonstrate leadership and a positive influence over a sales team, have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good work ethic and excellent time management skills.
