- Description
- We are seeking an inspiring Store Manager to join a luxury ready to wear brand within one of the worlds most famous shopping destinations.
As a Store Manager you will drive your team to achieve store objectives and continuously think of ways to improve efficiency and maximise profits.
Key Activities:
*Manage store sales targets and proactively evaluate aims and objectives
*Lead, coach, train and develop your team
*Be accountable for all aspects of Human Resources
*Stock management and office Administration
*Continuously promote the brand and improve product knowledge
*Ensure visual merchandising standards is consistent between store and head office
*Ensure Health & Safety regulations are adhered to
What you need:
*A minimum of 3 years' experience in a Retail Store Management role
*Proven ability to drive business results, objectives and KPI's
*The ability to understand and analyse sales figures
*Excellent 'people' skills with the ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team
On Offer:
*A salary up to £45,000 per annum
