- Description
- CAD Operator required for 12 months from September 2019 for a Bicester based organisation.
Due to an existing member of staff going on maternity leave at the end of the year, the company are hoping to employ a CAD Operator by September, to ensure the individual is provided with an adequate handover. However, you will work alongside two other CAD Operators and full training will be given
Ideally, the individual in question will have experience in finer detailed CAD design, working to strict tolerances within the millimetre. Every order is custom made, some troubleshooting and problem solving will be required at design stage.
Main responsibilities:
*To produce accurate, high quality sculpted orders, aligned to build standards and requirements using 3 Shape CAD software
*Trouble shooting and problem solving
*Working towards targets and within agreed timescales
*Liaising with other departments such as production and sales, ensuring that the process runs smoothly
*To occasionally assist in production when required
*Answering internal queries
*Deal with customer complaints, when they arise over the phone or via email
Essential Requirements for the role:
*Fully IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and CAD/ Design software
*Fluent in both spoken and written English
*Excellent customer service skills
*A strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills
Salary: £20,000
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 3:30pm on Fridays
