- Due to exciting and continued growth within their business our Brackley based client is now seeking to recruit a trainee Administrator to join their team.
You will be joining an organisation that has 21 global offices and employees over 1000 staff worldwide. This site employs approximately 50 people in their UK headquarters. The business provides key infrastructure at some of the UK's most prestigious events including the Farnborough International Air Show, RHS Chelsea Flower Show and Southampton Boat Show. It also delivers long term rental and sales solutions into the commercial sector, from decant space for refurbishment projects to additional infrastructure for commercial expansion programmes.
The role of the Office Administrator forms an integral part of the company operation. The post involves providing general administrative support to the office. This role reports to the Office Manager and will require the person to be flexible in supporting all Departments within the Brackley Office as and when required.
For this position we are not prescriptive regarding specific previous roles but ideally you will have worked in a role which demanded strong Microsoft Office skills, a "can do" attitude, enthusiasm and well developed inter-personal skills. Having experience of database management and an understanding of remote working, support technology would be advantageous.
Primarily you will be a dependable team-player and be able to quickly develop a strong rapport with colleagues. You should be able to combine this with a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks and the drive to get the job done, even in the face of unexpected challenges and on occasion using just your own initiative.
Principle Responsibilities (not in priority order):
*General administrative support for all departments
*Dealing with client queries in the absence of an Account Manager
*Data entry and processing of site crew hours each week
*Assist with the maintenance of the mobile worker software
*Liaising with suppliers
*Assist with the maintenance of the CRM system
*General database management
*Maintenance and updating of client SAP database
*Completion of all relevant meeting notes and follow up actions
*Perform time related tasks to meet tender submission deadlines as required
*Monitor and maintain the Client Satisfaction Survey process, including consolidation of reports.
*Any other duties as reasonably required by your Line Manager
