- Due to exceptional growth and expansion within their organisation, our Liverpool located client is now seeking to recruit an additional Bookkeeper/Credit Control professional to join their team.
It is essential that you have bookkeeping experience and have worked with Xero software.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you are an experienced Bookkeeper / Credit Controller Collector to join a leading Accountancy practice. This is full-time with your salary between £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.
You will be working for a well-established business that forms part of a small group of companies. This is joining the group's welcoming and friendly team, assisting in managing day-to-day accounting.
Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
*Entering cash receipts on to CCH
*Paying invoices and expenses and entering on to Xero
*Reconciling bank accounts
*Preparing quarterly VAT returns for three of the practices
*Controlling cash collection and chasing late payments and liaising with partners
*Liaising with the partners in preparing year-end accounts
*Other administrative tasks
To be considered for the Bookkeeper role you must have at Bookkeeping experience and a working knowledge of Xero software. In addition, the following key skills and experience are essential:
*Extensive experience with data entry and record keeping
*Able to work on your own initiative
*An accurate, logical and concise approach to their work
