Description
Due to rapid expansion our client now has a vacancy for a Project Coordinator to join their organisation based at their state-of-the-art facilities at Silverstone.

You will be joining one of the leading electromagnetic test facilities in Europe that provide specialist services to a worldwide client base for a large range of electrical and electronic equipment.

This role will be predominantly telephone & email based with some client interaction once their projects are live. Although this is not a sales-based role there will be an element of selling, however more focused on technical support/consultative basis.

Main responsibilities:
*Communicating directly with customers to provide on-going updates on testing.
*Liaise with other team members, customers and management to help understand and resolve any issues that might arise during the testing process.
*Reporting and basic analysis of test results and sharing these with customers.
*Assisting the sales department with production of basic quotations and monitoring of the lab schedule.

Essential skills/knowledge and experiences:
*Level 2 equivalent in Maths & English
*Knowledge of vehicles (cars, motorbikes, tractors) an advantage
*Basic knowledge of electrical and/or electronic systems
*Well organised & practical approach with a good attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised
*Strong IT skills, including Word and Excel
*Strong telephone and email manner
*Self-managing, proactive, team focused, problem-solving.
