- My Bicester based client are looking to employ a Coatings Production Operative on a temporary to permanent basis.
To be considered for the position, you must have some experience in either suface coatings or powder coatings, to be more specific. At the very least, some experience in applying paint or coatings within a production environment would be an advantage.
Initially, you would begin as a Coatings Production Operative, with an aim to progress to Supervisor level. Training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to learn the process inside out and eventually becoming responsible for running the coatings line.
This is a fast-paced role and requires a keen eye for detail. It will also require someone who is physically fit as it can be labour intensive. It is also important that you have the capability of leading others and possess good communication skills.
Initially, the hourly rate would be £8.70 per hour as a Coatings Production Operative, but this will increase to £10.35 per hour when you become a Supervisor.
Working hours are either 06:00- 14:00 or 14:00- 22:00 Monday to Friday.
20 days plus Bank Holidays per annum. The company also offer one extra days holiday for permanent members of staff on or around your Birthday.
