Description
Due to continued expansion and growth within their business our manufacturing client based in the engineering/construction sector are seeking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their organisation based in Reading.

The salary for this role is between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum

The main purpose of Marketing Manager here will be to manage and coordinate marketing communications, projects and campaigns to facilitate regular and relevant contact with appropriate clients. Delivery of regular communication campaigns in line with campaign and team objectives, staying aligned with the Sales team efforts

Main duties and responsibilities

*Create multi wave campaigns in line with Marketing Communication (Marcom) Plan to include:
*Segregation of CRM data into groups of relevant personas (e.g. based on project requirements)
*Creation and sending of E-shots through CRM and Communigator
*Analysing and sending of follow up wave campaigns based on activity following initial waves
*Measuring and reporting on success of campaigns to ascertain what worked well and what can be improved for the next.
*Supervise Marketing Executive
*Project manage any team quarterly goals or Adhoc projects to ensure timely completion on budget and with appropriate line manager and stakeholder input.
*Assist Event Marketing Executive with pre event campaigns and supporting with event feedback from attendee and collate actions, feedback and learning points
*Support the Head of Marketing with applying corporate and brand policies and approving documents and social media content created by the Marketing Executive.
*Coordinate and prioritise customers and influencers to target for relationship marketing such as CPD presentations and event targeting.
*Oversee the project smartsheet to ensure systematic arranging/collection of feedback, post project meeting, client questionnaires and photography. Logging responses and sending parties involved thank you cards.
*Work with sales on gold customer targeting and quotes to provide input of relevant messages, case studies and marketing collateral to resonate with their needs.
*Support the team and marketing agencies by commenting on, supplying visual content and facilitating where necessary to ensure progress is made in line with marketing objectives and projects needs.
*Creation of new fliers, whitepapers, datasheets, website material and sales requirements in line with brand guidelines
*Purchase, create and coordinate print of small creative design work items (bus. Cards etc)
*Edit and create small video for R&D, social media or particular sales requirements
*Sales support by creating leaflets, documents, PURL's or power points etc. as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

*Marketing or graphic design qualification
*Experience with active digital marketing campaign coordination and creation
*Graphic design experience
*Website CMS experience, CRM experience and basic IT knowledge
*Some previous supervisory experience
