Description
Our successful client within the property sector is currently seeking a talented Sales and Lettings Manager to join their flagship office in Witney.

You will be at the fore front of the business, offering the very best customer service in the industry!

On a typical day, you could be meeting clients, selling and letting properties and generating new business.

Your responsibilities:
*Matching customers to the right property
*Supporting your local director in the marketing of property portfolios
*Developing fantastic working relationships with your clients and supporting them through the sales or letting process
*Managing all phone and email enquiries
*Constantly keeping in touch with all agents involved in the process
*Managing a busy viewings diary
*Negotiating offers and striking the deal
*Planning and co-ordinating marketing activities
*Constantly reviewing market trends to get the best results for your customers

Requirements:
*Strong sales, negotiation and listening skills
*Ideally Business to Customer sales experience
*Highly motivated and results driven
*Able to act quickly and decisively
*Good IT skills
*Ability to plan ahead and be organised
*Excellent time management skills
*Confident, friendly attitude and always willing to go the extra mile

Due to the nature of the business, flexibility to work Saturdays and extra hours on some occasions is necessary. This role is office based however, some of time will be spent visiting customer properties therefore, a full driving licence is essential.

The successful applicant will enjoy OTE between £30,000-£35,000 as well as receiving plenty of support and training along the way.
