Description
We are currently recruiting a Sales and Letting Director for our client based in Witney.

As the Sales and Lettings Director, you will be responsible for the team's overall performance in your assigned area, while ensuring you provide the highest standards of customer service along the way.

Responsibilities:
*Develop and manage your team's performance to achieve KPI's
*Key account management
*Delivering exceptional customer service standards and productivity
*Planning new business initiatives and business development
*Monitor and manage company administration
*Evaluate business opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitability

The successful applicant must have strong management and customer service experience within a Sales and Lettings team. Our client would consider an experienced Branch Manager looking to take the next step up to Director level.

*Analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
*Highly motivated and results driven
*Able to act quickly and decisively
*Excellent communication and organisational skills

This is a permanent, full time role based at our client's flagship office in Witney but due to the nature of the business, you will be required to travel to properties, therefore, a full driving licence is essential.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm however, extra hours will be required on some occasions to deliver the very best service to customers.

In return for your commitment and excellence, you will enjoy a salary between £30,000-£40,000 with the benefit of an individual bonus, private health cover and personal development.
