Due to expansion our client is currently recruiting a B2B Business Development Executive to join their organization.
We are looking for a motivated and highly experienced professional with a background in direct marketing / tele sales / Telemarketing. A go-getter personality that is ambitious to grow and achieve.
In this role you will play a key role in enrolling small to medium business owners into one of the most popular coaching and training programs. Lead generation will be the primary focus of your role and you will be supported fully in developing several lead generation strategies.
It is essential that you are experienced in 'selling/marketing services' such as recruitment in business to business sales. You will need to be a solid sales performer with extensive leadership skills and ability to tackle challenges head on. Ideally (not essential) educated to degree level, you will be verbally fluent, and able to develop instant rapport with people, and be extremely likable.
You must demonstrate professionalism, persistence, excellent communication, and negotiation skills over the phone and face to face. You must be a proven performer in sales/marketing with experience in B2B environments. Tele sales experience within a commercial environment is an absolute requirement.
We are looking for a 'roll up your sleeves' 'doer' who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment.
Primary Tasks and Duties:
*To call potential candidates and book appointments for the Business Coach.
*Understand and follow established proven methodology
*Book and maintain appointments within the Business Coaches diary.
*Follow-up all calls and leads in accordance with the sales Process.
Secondary Tasks and Duties:
*Manage social media posts, blogs and messaging as directed from time to time.
*Help organize and plan events as directed.
Training and Development:
*Full product training and calling technics will be provided prior to starting employment. This will consist of 3 full days training at a venue to be advised nearer the start time
*Regular training programs and coaching will be a feature of employment. From time to time one will be required to travel to Sheffield to attend training and seminars.
Skills
*Pleasant and caring phone manner,
*Well versed in all the social media channels and competencies relating to using those channels; posting, advertising and writing articles.
*Demonstrable experience with various software packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google sheets, CRM systems etc.
*Capable of putting together high impact presentations.
