- Description
- We are delighted to be working with a brand new client in the Bolton area, looking to expand their team with a Client Services Manager with the merchant services sector but knowledge of the sector is not essential.
Offering a salary of 24K for a 35 hour working week you will be working closely with the MD to respond to warm inbound B2B enquiries, administration and business development. With no hard selling and specific training given initially in an office based capacity while getting up to speed before having the option to work remotely for part of the week this is a fantastic opportunity to develop an already existing skill set further.
In order to be successful with your application you will reside somewhere near to the Horwich area of Bolton and possess the following skill set;
Highly organised
Have experience in B2B
A good understanding of CRM databases,
A working knowledge Microsoft 365 Outlook and the Office package software.
Be experienced and confident in communicating by email/phone with business owners daily and then following up of all enquiries to maximise the conversion.
Have the ability to be able to identify and understand the customer requirements through effective and logical questioning.
The confidence to use their own initiative and skills to develop the current processes to improve conversion rates, professionalism, and reputation of the company.
