- Due to continuous growth, expansion and development within their company, my successful client is now seeking to recruit a motivated individual into a new role within their business as an After Sales Consultant.
You will be joining a stable and expanding business that has continued to grow year on year, and becoming part a team of friendly and enthusiastic individuals.
As an After Sales Consultant, you will work in a multi skilled role delivering customer service, sales, and administration. This role is telephone based to existing customers and following up with further relatable product offerings.
These products are of a highly sensitive and compassionate nature, so tact, care and diligence must be taken through the process. You will need to be focussed on delivering sales targets but doing so in a respectful and courteous manner.
Please note that the office is located on the outskirts of Bicester and your own car is required to get to site.
Key duties and responsibilities:
*Follow up on post service sales literature and additionally call customers to make aware of possible options.
*Direct and co-ordinate all activities involved in the sales of personal products across the company sites
*Fully explain to clients the availability of products
*Set-up appointments for clients to visit site to view products
*Liaise with various team members to co-ordinate sales leads and appointments
*Ensure that the client is fully aware of the cost of the services to be provided and company terms and conditions of payment.
*Communicate with the sites teams to inform them of any change in payment method.
As well as a good basic salary of £25,000 you will also receive commission on sales targets.
Experience of selling business to consumer products/services over the telephone is essential.
