- A leading manufacturing company in Bicester urgently require a Customer Service Advisor.
The main purpose of the role will be to provide customers with effective support on sales, commercial and technical queries, use your product knowledge to give professional advice to customers, input sales order information onto the computer system, liaise with couriers and provide effective administration support the team.
The successful applicant will have experience working in a fast-paced call centre environment and be experienced in inbound and outbound call handling.
The candidate will demonstrate good customer service and telephone skills and be familiar with order processing systems.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Job Type: Full Time Monday to Friday 8:45am-5pm
Salary: £21,5000
