- Sales Representatives - Home Based
Contact: Temporary to Permanent (Permanent contract offered after 12 weeks)
Location: Home Based
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am-6:30pm
Salary: Basic £21,000 per annum
Benefits: Commission, OTE £27,000
Our growing client provides customer service solutions to clients across the whole of the UK and are now looking to recruit a further 5 x Sales Representatives to join their team.
The Role:
*Inbound and outbound calling to customers
*Interact with customers and identify their needs
*Provide recommendations to customers
*Promote/up sell new products and services
*Build positive relationships with customers
*Work towards daily call quotas and targets
The Candidate:
*Proven telesales or phone-based sales/customer service experience
*Can naturally build customer relationships
*Has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*Good level of written and spoken English
*Good work from home area
The successful applicant must be able to travel to Banbury, Oxfordshire, for a 2-day training programme prior to their start date.
