Salary: £12 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (Could lead to a permanent position)
Working Hours: 39 hours per week. 5 out of 7 days (rota) Shifts available- 05:00- 13:30/ 11:30- 20:00.
Designer shopping outlet in Bicester require Cleaning Supervisors, to oversee the day-to-day management and cleanliness of the site.
You will be required to oversee new and existing Cleaning Operatives, ensuring that the outlets visitors have the best possible customer experience.
We are looking for individuals with a good level of spoken and written English, good attention to detail and a friendly and approachable manner. No specific Supervisory/ cleaning experience is crucial to the role, but this would be advantageous.
The main responsibilities of the position:
*Supervising teams of cleaning staff.
*Ensure the quality of work is to the correct standard.
*Ensure all cleaning materials are well stocked, raising any product shortages/ if stock is getting low.
*Reporting any faults/ repair work that need attention
*Assisting the Cleaning Operatives with their day-to-day duties
