Description
We are looking for a Catering Assistant to help out in a small busy kitchen on the outskirts of Bicester. This position is initially for 3 months however could become a permanent position for the right candidate. Hours of work 1pm - Finish (between the hours of 8pm - 11pm). This is a term time position and DBS clearance will be required to secure the position.
£9 - £11 per hour - starting asap!
Summary of Duties :
Set up Dining areas ready for evening meals
Assis chefs with any tasks needed for the meal
Serve meals
Washing up, clearing down kitchen & closing up
Assist with deep clean of kitchen on a Friday
Liaise with the Head Chef to assist with any duties required
Essential
Enthusiasm for food!
Ability to cope under pressure
High standard of cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene
Reasonable level of physical stamina
Desirable
Food hygiene level 2 (Happy to put you through this qualification)
Understanding of food allergies/intolerances
Experience in the catering industry
