- Salary: £25,000- £28,000 Dependant on experience
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Fridays 7:30am-12pm
Your main responsibilities:
*Assisting with the manufacture of robotic devices
*Mechanical and electrical assembly
*Carrying our repairs
*Liaise with manufacturers regarding fault finding and product training
*Offering technical support to the companies dealer network and end users
*Assisting the dealer network with customer installations, either alone or with your line manager.
*Helping to keep sales on track, by partaking in regular refreshers with the dealers / Managers
*Attending major and regional shows
What you need:
*Experience within the lawn and garden industry, or related business
*Ideally have some experience working on Robotic Mowers or some electrical/mechanical experience and
*Knowledge of circuitry and electrical motors
*Workshop experience
*Helpdesk experience/ to have worked in a previous role that required giving technical support
