- Description
- We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join a well-established manufacturing company in Bicester.
Contract Type: Fixed Term until June 2022
Working Hours: 3 shifts (early, late, night), rotated weekly
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 + 20% Shift Allowance
Main responsibilities:
*Perform regular planned preventative maintenance service on production equipment
*Maintenance repair on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimise down time as much as possible
*Assist third parties with maintenance work
*Use initiative to rectify and report any faults and issues
*Ensure good housekeeping and a safe working environment
Key Requirements:
*Knowledge of managing complex plant and engineering resources within a manufacturing environment
*Experience of working within the food industry desirable
*Working knowledge of SAP an advantage
*Strong analytical skills underpinned by innovative thinking
*Ability to balance multiple priorities successfully
*Ability to communicate, network, engage and influence people across the site
