Salary: £45,000 per annum & bonus scheme
Contract: Permanent
Location: Bicester
Equation Recruitment are looking for a headstrong, confident, and passionate General Manager to oversee our client's kitchen and front of house team. They will be working very closely with a world renown three Michelin star chef. If you're looking for a new challenge and think you have what it takes to tackle this fantastic opportunity. Your main responsibilities:
*Oversee the daily running of the floor, kitchens, reception, outside area and staff accommodations.
*Deliver the expected standard in food quality and service.
*Work closely with the Head Chef to plan future menus.
*Manage both the full time and part time team. Organising rotas, hours, holidays, lieu days and cover.
*Deliver exceptional customer service.
*Work closely with the marketing team to ensure marketing plans are in place.
*Hold regular team meetings and ensure great communication amongst the team.
*Responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining the team.
*Ensure all front of house and back of house starters receive company standard training.
What you need:
*2 years' experience as a General Manager of a pub/restaurant.
*Headstrong, confident personality.
*Great team spirit.
*Maintain a noticeable presence across the business.
