- Description
- We operate in the Premium sector of the UK white goods market, established for over 15 years delivering and installing domestic and commercial appliances. We are looking for a full time, permanent Customer Services Advisor to join our team in our offices based just outside Brackley.
Experience is not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate with the following skills and or experience:
Excellent communication skills
Efficient and organised
High attention to detail
Solid IT skills
Be able to multi-task
This is variable and interesting role which includes but is not limited to, the following duties:
High Level Customer Service
Handling Incoming Calls & Queries
Processing Survey Reports
Assisting with Booking Deliveries
Liaising with Technicians / Engineers / Councils / Third Party Contractors Ensuring smooth organisation and running of deliveries and installations
Organising and Issuing Customer quotes
Customer Complaints
Provide a very high level of Customer Service whilst working within a fast paced environment.
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00
28 Days Holiday (Inc Bank Holidays)
Rural Location, will require own transport - Onsite Parking available
