Salary: £21,000 per annum

Your main responsibilities:
*Making outbound calls to clients
*Updating and maintaining client records
*Setting up payment plans
*Taking payments.
What you need:
*Great written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to remain calm under pressure.
*Customer service experience.
*Call centre experience is desirable.
*Confidence using computers.
