Salary: £11.00 p/h
Contract: 8 Weeks temporary
Working Hours: 37 hours p/w
Location: Bicester
Key Responsibilities:
*To assist the Client Payments Specialist in verifying and updating client contact data to aid the migration and alignment of standing order and direct debits processes across the whole business.
*This role reports to the Client Payments Specialist and is an important role within the Central Support Team.
*Contact clients to obtain email addresses for future communications, and update client records in the CRM. Prioritise practices with Standing Order payments for other branches.
*Identify gaps in contact information for new acquisitions.
Core competencies/skills required for this role:
*Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to prioritise, manage workflow and work independently
*Flexible and adaptable
Essential experience:
*Office administration
*Customer service experience
*Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
KPIs for this Role:
*A clear and documented process for identifying missing contact information
*Full client contact information obtained and recorded
