* OK with working under pressure, with multiple projects and various stakeholders
* If you have IT experience great, if not then don't a worry we will teach you
So, what is the Job
Working as part of the team to assist multiple clients via telephone, email and remote with day-to-day IT issues (hard and software)
Monitoring data backups
Keeping the database up to date with new tickets and progressing issues to resolution
What we are offering
£20-£25k per annum depending on skills and experience
20 days holiday per annum plus all public holidays
