Online Sales Manager

Salary: £22,500 - £27,500 per year DOE
Working Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Office based just outside of Headington, Oxford

Equation Recruitment are looking for an Online Sales Manager on behalf of our industry leading client based in Oxfordshire. We require someone who has a passion for customer service and sales to drive our client's ever-growing business to new heights!

Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the business' national sales strategy.
* developing and expanding our online sales strategies including webstores, marketplaces & other online presences.
* Through reports and analysis, you will regularly review customer journeys and product performance to maximise sales and profitability.
* Working closely with our internal sales teams, you will play a key part in developing our online business aspirations.
* Assisting with customer queries via an online chat service.

Key Attributes:
* Customer service skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Knowledge of WordPress
* Working knowledge of Woo Commerce
* Online Marketplaces e.g. eBay or Amazon
* Microsoft Excel
* Organisation

This position offers the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days a week.
