Client Care Specialist
Post Title: Client Care Specialist
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Client Care Specialist Salary: £30,000 (£35,000 OTE)
Location: Less than 5 miles from Bicester
Client Care Specialist Purpose
To supply administrative support for all pre-paid sales, leads and enquiries by email, telephone and liaise with the client to confirm they have received the information and discuss any queries or questions they may have. Manage an effective diary to arrange call backs and maximise client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities of a Client Care Specialist
- Liaise with relevant parties to gather in the daily information.
- Ensure that all information is correct.
- Support the Ops Director in the daily reporting of information to the Board.
- Managing and updating company databases.
- Managing clients missed payments.
- Follow up cancellations and convert back to a confirmed sale.
- Processing payments and managing the process for upgrading plans and changes of payment terms.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- Assist with overseeing and management of tasks related to project completion.
