Accounts Assistant

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Working Hours: Full Time

Contract: Permanent

Location: Hybrid Working Setup - Office Based in the outskirts of Bicester

Equation Recruitment are searching for a Accounts Assistant on behalf of our Oxfordshire based client. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant who is happy in a transactional focussed finance role, working across both sides of the ledger and administrative finance duties. Main Responsibilities:

  • High volume processing of Accounts Payable
  • Credit control general sales ledger
  • Credit card processing
  • Expenses
  • Supplier payments
  • Bank reconciliations
  • General purchase ledger and accounts receivable queries
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Accruals and Prepayments
  • Accounts up to trial balance
  • Other ad hoc Finance admin duties

What you need:

  • Working knowledge of SAP and Sage 50
  • Good MS office skills in particular Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good command of the English language both verbal and written
