Job Title: HR Coordinator
Responsible for: Internal HR Services Activities
Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Working Hours: 08:30-17:30, Monday to Friday
HR Coordinator Job Purpose
Responsible for providing effective HR administration support, acting as a first point of contact for internal HR requests and enquiries.
Support with all functions across HR Services
Key HR Coordinator Accountabilities
- Managing the HR Services inbox
- Responding to general internal HR requests and enquiries
- Preparation and issuing of internal contractual paperwork
- Responding to incoming reference requests
- Day to day maintenance of employee transactions in workday
- Performing compliance checks to ensure paperwork and employee records are processed correctly
- Use of SAP to raise purchase orders
- Continuously reviewing documents to ensure information is accurate and relevant
- Creating and maintaining user guides
- Delivering end to end transactional administration within the employee life cycle
- Administration of employee benefits
- Responding to benefit related queries
- Responding to system related absence enquiries
- Holiday and bank holiday calculations and adjustments
- Coordination and administration of graduate reviews and salary progression
- Updating new starter and induction material
- Assisting with payroll processing ensuring changes are processed accurately through Workday
- Processing leavers ensuring all checks have been completed and spreadsheets are updated accordingly
- Creating and reviewing internal feedback questionnaire
- Supporting the delivery of ad hoc HR projects
- Administration of the probation review process
- Facilitating events such as assessment centres and inductions
- Run weekly new starter reports, send out new starter packs and ensure that documents are returned in a timely manner.
Candidate Profile
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Skills
- Experienced in providing effective administrative support in a busy support function
- Good use of Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
