Electronics Engineer wanted for a partner of some of the world's leading engine manufacturers.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire

Working days/ hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am-4:30pm and Fridays 7:30am-12pm.

Salary: £40,000 dependant on experience

Electronics Engineer Responsibilities:

• Research and design of control and power management systems to allow overall function of electrical and hybrid propulsion systems.
• Creation of software to enable effective control and communications of electrical and hybrid propulsion systems.
• Develop and improve hybrid and electric drive systems.
• Assist with creation of electric drive system production line, test facilities and processes.
• Support production of hybrid and electric systems with fault finding and production engineering.
• Produce training and sales material for internal and external use.

Experience/ Skills/ Qualifications:

• 1-year minimum experience in hardware design
• 1-year minimum experience in software design.
• Experience in both HV and LV systems.
• Experience of electrical component sourcing and a strong supplier database.
• Working within an ISO9001 framework (or equivalent quality system)
• Electrical/ electronic Engineering Degree or equivalent, minimum 2:2 grade (or equivalent)
