- My Well established, successful client based in Buckingham, require a temporary to permanent Production Operative to work in their busy production environment.
There are a variety of tasks to perform within production, from packing products into boxes, making boxes, to loading items onto pallets, however, all heavy-duty tasks are carried out by robots. You will work closely with the Production Manager who will instruct you on what needs doing on a daily basis to ensure that everything is organised and that the production area is flowing as it should be.
This is a temporary to permanent role which offers £7.60 per hour for the first 13 weeks. After being taken on permanently, your hourly rate will increase to £10 per hour. Working days are Monday to Friday and the working hours are 7am-3pm.
