Description
Our Oxfordshire based client are looking for a company surveyor to accurately measure and process their fine quality windows in doors in various product, 80% however will be in Timber.

*Do you have experience within the Fenestration industry (windows and doors)?
*Are you looking for a new challenge within a bespoke company?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company as a Company Surveyor, the client is based in Oxfordshire but are looking to recruit in the Farnham/ Guildford Area, where you will be predominately based but you would still need to be able to commute to Oxford as and when required.

Key responsibilities:
*To meet and introduce the surveying processes at their customers premises.
*To explain and advise their customers as required about the detail of the survey and to agree ideas that may not have previously be discussed with other staff.
*To accurately measure and record all apertures requiring replacement windows and doors as directed by Sales information.
*To meet and agree final measurements and order details with the customer at survey stage.
*To assist customer to sign off order detail as soon as possible and answer any queries during this procedure.
*To order products as agreed with customer through the processing procedures.
*To liaise with the factories as required ensuring sign off documents are completed as soon as possible.
*To have daily contact with Installation Teams to ensure the survey is interpreted as agreed on site with the customer.
*To work with Installations Manager to help Installation Teams meet a First Time Fix target.
*Attend meetings and contribute with any ideas that may improve the surveying or installation process

You will need to be well organised, have strong accurate administration skills, be IT Literate and be meticulous to detail. Have had experience surveying within Fenestration Industry and excellent customer services skills.

Also, being able to communicate at all levels with the ability to manage own diary whilst having consideration for the team
