- My client based in Abingdon are looking for Production Operatives to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity to get into a technical vocation should this be of interest to you. If you enjoy all things technical, making things work or electronic assembly then this role could be for you.
*Able to understand and apply technical/product knowledge to achieve the necessary quality standards
*Ability to be flexible and able to work under pressure, prioritise, demonstrating good time management skills.
*Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment.
*Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively using own initiative.
*Committed to learning and development of all production levels.
*Ability to support and work within a team.
*Clear and confident communicator (written and verbal) at all levels.
*Willing to take personal accountability for the production of high quality products and achieve the expected output levels
To be considered for the role you must have some basic assembly knowledge, good spoken and written English and be able to follow detailed instructions.
