- Description
- An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Banbury. Our client is a global leader in the automotive industry with the worlds largest aftermarket for vehicle parts, working with the likes of Landover, Jaguar and Aston Martin to name a few.
In this role you will be working in a small, busy, sociable office environment and will be the first point of contact for all external communication with clients and customers.
Duties:
-Input customer orders
-Advise on price, availability and technical information of vehicle parts
-Contribute to business development
-Resolve customer issues on deliveries and orders
-Administrative tasks for returns and warranties
-Liaising with different departments
Requirements:
-Good knowledge of motor vehicles and automotive products
-Overall strong education
-Excellent telephone manner
-Accurate with attention to detail
-Experience in a similar customer service role
-Confident in giving technical information
-Good computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft office, lotus notes/SAP)
This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Due to the company location candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.
