- Description
- I am looking for an Electronic Test Technician, to join a company who deal in innovative electronic, hardware and software product design.
My client are specialists in electronic design and manufacturing solutions and are expanding their workforce due to growth.
You will be responsible for the manufacture of PCB boards and high reliability units, including hardware expected to cope in extreme environments such as deserts and arctic conditions. You will be expected to solder and test products, however, if you have fine soldering experience then this is a real advantage and also experience with surface mount technology would be a plus.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am-4:40pm 40 min lunch. Fridays 8am-2:40pm 40 min lunch (38 hours per week)
My client seeks an individual who is experienced in the following:
*Diagnostics
*Very IT literate
*Strong technical aptitude
*Background in electronics/ electronic assembly
*Soldering experience
You must have strong experience in the above and have a CV which demonstrates previous working experience in these areas.
Preferred experience- Not essential:
*Fine soldering experience
*Re-work skills
*Electronic qualifications
*Experience in surface mount technology
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with a possible early finish on a Friday.
