Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Sales Order Processor to join our client on a 6 month contract.

This position is for 18 hours a week, working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-3pm, there can also be some flexibility to fit around school hours if required however, some flexibility is preferred to provide holiday cover when needed.

You will have strong administrative skills, be accurate, have an eye for detail and have an understanding of stock movement and Sales Ledger transactions. Some knowledge of SAP ERP would be good but is not essential if the role is similar to one already done.

Main purpose of the job:
-Sales Order Processing
-Invoicing
-Administration

Main Responsibilities:

- Order processing - Manual data entry using SAP ERP, managing the order cycle and process in a timely and accurate manner. This will include order acknowledgements, validating and checking order integrity. Monitoring order status and communicating any issues to customers. Liaising with Logistics, Sales and customers to keep all informed of any developments
-Invoicing - SAP ERP, EDI and customer web portal. Issue accurate invoices in a timely way using the customers preferred method
-Debit Note Processing/Crediting and stock returns. Process debit notes in a timely and accurate way reconciling stock transactions
-Assigning and opening new accounts. Liaise with Sales to set the correct pricing. Ensure that customer specific requirements are met
-Creation and maintenance of Pricing Conditions in SAP ERP
-Ensuring deliveries are made on time and correctly by liaising with Logistics and external carriers
-Dealing with customer queries relating to deliveries (eg. late or short etc)
-Document Scanning. Ensure timely and accurate scanning of documents before hard copy destruction.
